The Finer Details
Transportation
- All guests MUST take the provided transportation. Busses will begin boarding at Main St & 9th St. at 3:30pm and depart at 3:45pm. If you miss the bus you will need to uber which can be difficult to obtain. If you miss the bus uber directly to River Bottoms Ranch.
- All guests MUST take the provided transportation back to Park City - busses will drop guests off at the same pickup place - Main St & 9th St.

Suggested, not mandatory! Please no 'western' attire - feel free to show that off on Friday night instead!
Girls: Think color / prints! Since the ceremony/cocktail hour will be outdoors, block heels are recommended. A wrap or light jacket may be necessary when the sun goes down.
Guys: Suit requested. Ties are welcome but not necessary!

SALT LAKE CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, SLC
~35 Miles from Park City
This is the biggest and closest airport.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
UBER & LYFT
It is an easy and quick ride up to Park City from the airport. Once in Park City, to get around, you will have no problems calling an uber/lyft.
RENT A CAR
For ease, rent a car at the airport for the weekend. The most flexible option to go where / do what you want!
PARK CITY BUS SYSTEM
Park City has a free bus system that is easy to use if you are staying downtown.

The bride, groom, and Shred will be staying at the hotel. The hotel is at Deer Valley (hiking outside your door) and offers a free shuttle to anywhere within downtown PC.

A great choice for those that want a little extra room or are traveling with a large group. PC has many options!
Please see the FAQ page for detailed descriptions on where to stay. We recommend staying as close to downtown PC as possible.
OTHER HOTEL RECS
For a different price point, we would suggest looking into Peaks Hotel. This hotel does not have shuttles to downtown PC but you could use the park city bus system to get around!
We do not have a block at the hotel.

Go for a Hike near PC
We recommend hiking at: Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain or Bloods Lake Trail
If you are staying in downtown, the public busses can take you to either mountain for free! You will need to drive to Bloods Lake.
Park City Town Lift Scenic Ride
Soak in the mountain views from a chairlift! You can catch this one in downtown PC.
It is ~$35 per person
Do a whiskey tour @ High West Distillery

The distillery location is DIFFERENT from high west saloon. The latter is in downtown PC. Reservations required.
Go for a scenic drive to Guardsmans Pass
Guardsmans is very close to PC. It is a pass that connects PC to Big Cottonwood Canyon. It is beautiful in the summer! Big Cottonwood Canyon is spectacular. The road is paved and winds through Deer Valley Resort, through alpine meadows, and advances to the summit of Guardsman Pass (elevation 9,700 ft.). There is short-term parking and bathrooms at the summit.
If you have time, go to Solitude Mountain Resort and grab lunch at honeycomb grill or just have a beer there!
Grab drinks at the St. Regis Bar - Deer Valley
Beautiful mountain views + outdoor patio - ride the funicular at the St. Regis to get there!
Drinks will be on the pricier end.
Rent a boat or pontoon on the Jordanelle Reservoir
Spend the day on the water relaxing!
Fun for families or larger groups that want a more chill day.
Golf at one of many wonderful courses
Park City Golf Course, Canyons Golf, Soldier Hollow, Mountain Dell
Go fly fishing
Catch some trout!
Check out the Olympic Park

Stroll Main Street
Main street has many boutiques and art galleries to offer. The galleries are free to browse! You can also stop into the Park City Museum to learn more about the town.
There is a big farmers market that happens on Sunday morning on Main Street!
